This Delivery Policy applies to purchases made on the Website (https://inteleg.io/) and forms part of the Terms of Use.

General Delivery Information

All orders placed through the Website are processed by Nova Fabrica Ltd. and are normally acknowledged within 2-3 business days. An estimated delivery date will be provided with the Order Acknowledgement through our ERP system.

Delivery dates and delivery periods are indicative only, unless expressly confirmed by us in writing. Delays may occur due to order volume, transport conditions, or supply-chain disruptions, including worldwide component supply irregularities. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact You by email or telephone.

Dispatch and Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, we will send shipment tracking information to the email address provided with the order. Tracking is available directly through the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international deliveries, shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all such charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

The Buyer is responsible for checking applicable local import requirements and charges before placing an order.

Acceptance of Goods

Upon delivery, the Buyer shall inspect the package and the delivered goods without undue delay.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, the Buyer shall immediately notify the carrier and inform Nova Fabrica.

If the packaging is intact but the product appears defective or improperly assembled, the matter shall be handled in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

Returns, Refunds, Repair or Replacement

Returns of non-defective goods are not accepted unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

Defective products may be returned only after Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued by Nova Fabrica. Returns sent without prior RMA may be refused.

When returning a product, the Buyer must provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or other purchase document.

Products covered by warranty will be handled in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. Products not covered by warranty may be handled on a chargeable basis or refused.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nova Fabrica Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or resulting losses arising from delay, delivery failure, or use of the products.

In any event, Nova Fabrica Ltd.'s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service giving rise to the claim.
