Delivery Policy

This document sets out the Delivery Policy that applies to Users who purchase on the Website (https://inteleg.io/).
Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use. Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this document shall have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.
General Delivery Information
All orders received through the Website are processed by Nova Fabrica Ltd. and acknowledged within 2-3 business days. The best delivery date estimate confirmation shall be sent to You by our ERP system with the Order Acknowledgement.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In case of a significant delay in shipment of the order caused by us, we shall contact you via email or telephone.
Please note that extended delivery times may occur due to the worldwide component supply irregularities, so we cannot agree on fixed delivery dates or periods. Any stated dates and periods are, therefore, non-binding. You may submit questions about this Delivery Policy via email at sales@novafabrica.biz.
Delivery Options & Costs
Nova Fabrica Ltd. offers the following delivery options - you will be asked to select a delivery method at checkout.
- Delivery method: DPD Classic delivery (only for local deliveries within Lithuania)
Shipment cost: is estimated by the shipment service and depends on the destination and the size and weight of the goods shipped
Estimated delivery time: the indicative delivery time is shown on the product page - Delivery method: DHL Express Worldwide delivery (only for outside of Lithuania)

Countries of delivery
For shipping worldwide, we use DHL Express. International delivery locations can be found on the DHL Express website via the search system https://mydhl.express.dhl/ua/en/locator.html.
Order Delivery & Tracking
Once the order has been dispatched, we shall send a notification with the shipment tracking information to Your email. You can track the package directly on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
In international delivery, the shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes. Nova Fabrica Ltd. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Buyer (tariffs, taxes). You shall check with the local customs office before placing an order on the Website, as these fees can sometimes be significant, and we cannot calculate these for each order.
Accepting Goods
When accepting products, the Buyer shall inspect the condition of the package and the product itself. In case of any visible damage to the packaging, the Buyer shall, without delay, report this to the delivery company and inform Nova Fabrica.
In case of defective and/or improperly assembled products without damaged packaging, the products shall be treated according to Nova Fabrica's Warranty Terms.
Returns, Refunds and Repair or Replacement
We do not accept returns of goods, and refunds are impossible.
To repair or replace a defective product, the Buyer shall obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning the defective product to Nova Fabrica. Products returned without an RMA can be refused or subject to a restocking fee. When returning defective products to Nova Fabrica, the Buyer shall provide us with documents confirming the purchase of the products, such as an Invoice or other document confirming the purchase.
Return of a product covered by warranty will be processed per the Warranty Terms. Cases not covered by warranty will be processed according to the standard sale process.
Liability
Nova Fabrica Ltd. shall be exempted from any liability in cases where losses arise because You failed to read the Policy despite our recommendation and Your obligation to do so.
If the unlawful actions of Nova Fabrica Ltd. have caused damage to You, we shall indemnify only the direct losses incurred by You. In no circumstances shall our liability for damages exceed the amount we received for the product or service furnished or to be furnished.
