Nova Fabrica uses Wire Transfer (when the User transfers money via their bank according to Invoice), PrestaShop Checkout module with PayPal option and

Paysera Prestashop payment gateways ("Payment Gateway Service") for secure payment processing. We do not access or store any credit or debit card details directly.

The information you provide during online payment shall be used solely to carry out the payment. Your card details will be processed and stored by the Payment Gateway Service provider or the bank only. The details you provide shall be utilised only to receive the payment.

You may be asked to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved Payment Gateway Service during online payment processing. In this regard, you agree that you will provide accurate card details and use your card, not an unauthorised card.

The information provided by You will not be disclosed to any third party unless required concerning fraud verifications, by relevant applicable legislation, or a decision of a competent court. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your card details. Nova Fabrica Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss/damage arising from any unauthorised use of your card.

Any additional charges imposed by the bank or the Payment Gateway Service shall be solely borne by the customer using the online Payment Gateway Service.

Liability

Nova Fabrica Ltd. will not ask for your credit card details, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorised use of your card during the online payment process. Any additional charges imposed by the bank or the Payment Gateway Service are the sole responsibility of the customer using the online payment system.

By using online Payment Gateway Services, you agree to indemnify and hold Nova Fabrica Ltd. harmless against any claims, losses, damages, and actions initiated by You as a customer regarding the online Payment Gateway Service. Nova Fabrica Ltd. and its employees will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of online Payment Gateway Services.
